Business Services
SignIFICANT communities offers recruitment services at no cost to the employer. In addition we offer “fee for service” staffing services for those who prefer we are the employer of record. We also offer a variety of support resources, including our “Best Practices When Working with a Deaf Employee,” and an American Sign Language classes for those employers who may be interested. SignIFICANT equips employers and employees with innovative communication while DEBS provides resources for communication translations and communications consulting. Under the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work program, we are able to offer free recruitment and placement services for employers.
